Bryan grew up on a ranch in South Texas working cattle and training horses. He has 20 plus years experience in horse training and has helped many people problem solve with their horses.
Bryan’s experience includes training horses for the Palomino Patrol, Bexar County Sheriff’s Posse and Comal County Sheriff’s Posse. He excels in western pleasure, colt starting and the working class horse.
“I believe that verbal commands are very important to the horse and rider. I believe that the horse needs to trust the rider and vise versa. I don’t believe aggressiveness is the answer for fresh starting colts. Subtleness towards them creates a bond and safe environment for them to begin trusting you. Immediate eye contact is a sign of aggressiveness to them. Every horse is unique and needs to be taught individually according to their needs. Some learn faster than others but all are capable of learning. I become one with the horse. Getting him/her to relax and trust is the main thing, from there anything is possible”
“I look forward to working with you and your equine and making this a great experience for all involved.
